Costa Rica Accommodations: Pacuare River Lodge 

Our scheduled trips are based out of Turrialba, where our company and warehouse is located, however, we move from location to location in order to experience the best of Costa Rica which requires various accommodations throughout the week. When in Turrialba you will be staying at the boutique Bed & Breakfast located across from our warehouse. During your stay on the Pacuare River your accommodations will be at the Pacuare River Lodge, a beautifully situated jungle lodge with private screened in cabins. When traveling to other locations away from these principal lodgings, we select comfortable and upscale hotels and lodges.

Hotel Villa Florencia

Tucked in the mountain valley town of Turrialba, Villa Florencia offers guests comfortable and clean rooms with many lounge areas to rest and relax. The Pacuare River Lodge

Reached by the Pacuare River amid exotic primary rainforest, indigenous reserves, and isolated valleys, is a one-of-a-kind camp. Created along a hillside overlooking the Pacuare River, the 12 cabinas spaced at a comfortable distance from each other allow breathtaking panoramic views. Nestled into the jungle right on the river’s edge, this jungle lodge is a highlight of our trips. With unobstructed views of the river from every cabin, guests can enjoy the exceptional bird watching, take hikes to various waterfalls or simply take in the peace and tranquility of the environment from our teak Adirondack chairs and comfortable hammocks. The principle lodge is a refreshing open air design allowing a 360 degree view of the surrounding tropical environment. Spend the evening socializing around the bar while your guides cook a delicious dinner in the full kitchen with solar lighting. Then head off to your private screened in cabin with fresh bed linens and towels and fall asleep listening to the river flow by. The Lodge also has full showers and bathrooms for your comfort.
