We're keen on open canoeing and supply a large assortment of goods for this sport. yogahttp://www.basiayoga.com - Basia Going lives in Canada and is a well respected yoga teacher. As a young girl she was entranced by her father's books on yoga and first embraced it in 1992. In the Sivananda tradition, which first opened Basia's heart to practice and exploration, she completed Teacher Training in 1997. A few years later she discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa and began her studies with Richard Freeman. Over the years, training courses and workshops with David Swenson, Anna Forest, Hart Lazer, Sianna Sherman, Beryl Bender Birch and others have enhanced her life and her practice. Presently, Basia co-directs Santosha Yoga Studios in Ottawa, teaches classes and workshops, and leads retreats and teacher trainings. Basia is joining Costa Rica Rios on a Week of Adventures on December 6th, 2008, to offer our clients a unique week of adventure combined with daily yoga sessions.
